I received 3 phone calls prior to the technician visit to keep me posted on an ETA. Jesus (tech) was absolutely outstanding. Jesus was a great listener. Jesus found the issue with our HVAC system, explained the cause and solution in layman’s terms and was sure to ask if there was anything else we needed before he concluded his visit. Very impressive all the way around.

I was called same afternoon to schedule my appointment, which was less than 48 hrs later. Austin Davidson was our service tech. He was professional, on time, and knowledgeable; and the repairs were made quickly. My only suggestion to South Placer Heating & Air is, shorten your service window. We were told our tech would arrive between 8 am and 2 pm (6 hours). That is a much too wide service window. It should be no more than a 3-hour window. That aside, everything else was great!

Our tech was very helpful and offered some preventative tips for homeowners. Some upkeep needs to be done professionally but there are things we can handle ourselves as well and he did a great job helping us with that. Highly recommended.

Communication was great about options with a home warranty claim, both for repairing and replacing. We opted to replace, and Daniel was very good about spelling out options and the process with no pressure.

The crew that came out was extremely professional and did a great job with installation and testing. Very personable and professional.

I scheduled our annual A/C maintenance check up with our home warranty company. South Placer called right away and scheduled my appointment for the following day! Kevin, our service tech, was great! He arrived on time, changed the air filter and checked the unit inside and outside the home. We did need to have a part replaced, Kevin let me know what the issue was and that it would be covered under our Home warranty, he then called the warranty company, created a work order with them, and completed the repair. Even if I didn’t have a home warranty, I would call South Placer for all my HVÅC/Heating needs.

Kevin was amazing and very respectful, before arriving he called me to provide his arrival time and ask if I had any special request or instructions.

I advised him that I care for my mother who has stage 3 cancer and my 91 year old grandmother and he did not hesitate to mask up, Kevin was very respectful of my property and dedicated to making sure my unit was clean and properly working before leaving and I must say since purchasing this home in 2021 my air conditioner has never cooled down the house like this before.

Mikey did a great job of explaining things, doing what he said he was going to do, and answering any questions we had about the options he was suggesting. He was experienced and down to earth, did not have an agenda. His goal was to help us with our request. Highly recommend.
