What’s in a precision tune-up
Every Comfort Club tune-up is performed by a trained SPHA technician and follows the same checklist.
Cooling system
- Check refrigerant charge (subcooling/superheat)
- Inspect and rinse condenser coil
- Inspect evaporator coil (accessible)
- Test capacitor and contactor
- Measure compressor and fan motor amps
- Check temperature split (supply/return)
- Flush condensate drain line
- Inspect refrigerant line insulation
- Verify condenser fan operation
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check disconnect and wiring condition
- Verify thermostat operation and calibration
Heating system
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
- Clean and inspect burners
- Test ignition system / flame sensor
- Check gas pressure and manifold settings
