Orangevale
Orangevale keeps a semi-rural feel, with larger lots, mature trees and some horse properties, even as it sits between Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks and Folsom.
Rancho Cordova
Rancho Cordova, along the American River east of Sacramento, has homes from nearly every era: established neighborhoods near Folsom Boulevard and the former Mather Air Force Base, many built in the 1950s and 1960s, alongside newer communities such as Anatolia.
