I scheduled our annual A/C maintenance check up with our home warranty company. South Placer called right away and scheduled my appointment for the following day! Kevin, our service tech, was great! He arrived on time, changed the air filter and checked the unit inside and outside the home. We did need to have a part replaced, Kevin let me know what the issue was and that it would be covered under our Home warranty, he then called the warranty company, created a work order with them, and completed the repair. Even if I didn’t have a home warranty, I would call South Placer for all my HVÅC/Heating needs.
