What happens when we come out
We install Daikin, American Standard, Lennox and Goodman furnaces, matched to your home with a load calculation and to your existing air conditioner or a new one. Every installation includes the permit, the Title 24 paperwork and any HERS testing your county requires, done by our own crews. We also handle the rebate paperwork when a high-efficiency system qualifies.

Can you replace just the furnace and keep my air conditioner?
Often yes, if the AC is in good shape and the two are compatible. The technician checks that on the visit.
