Furnace tune-up and heating maintenance in Sacramento and all of Northern California
Your furnace sits all summer, then has to work every morning in December. A fall tune-up makes sure it lights safely, burns clean and is not about to fail on the first cold week.
Thousands of five-star reviews from homes across Northern California. Licensed, insured and BBB accredited with an A+ rating.
A full check of your heating and cooling system by a licensed technician. Pick your day and arrival window online.
A dispatcher confirms it, usually within the hour during business hours (Mon–Fri 7am–4pm, Sat 7am–12pm).
What happens when we come out
The technician inspects the heat exchanger and flue, tests the ignition and flame sensor, checks the gas pressure, cleans the burners, tests every safety switch, checks the blower and the filter, and measures the temperature rise. You get a written report with photos and, if something needs attention, a price with no pressure.

Questions we hear about furnace tune-up
Is the $29 tune-up for the furnace or the air conditioner?
Either one – it is one full inspection on one system. Comfort Club members get both, spring and fall, as part of the membership.
How often should a furnace be serviced?
Once a year, in the fall. Gas furnaces especially: the safety checks are the point.
