Why is my air conditioner blowing warm air?
The usual causes are a dirty filter or coil, low refrigerant from a leak, a failed capacitor or contactor outside, or a thermostat problem. Our technician checks all of them on the first visit and shows you which one it is.
Should I repair or replace my air conditioner?
If the system is under about ten years old and the repair is a fraction of a new system, repair is usually right. If it is older, needs refrigerant that is no longer made, or this is the second big repair in a few years, we will show you both numbers side by side and let you decide – there is never pressure either way.
